Since when the FUCK have they EVER applied to non-citizens? I scratch my head at this one. ‘Constitutional rights’ pertain to U.S. citizens.. Not criminals- citizens of another country. Plus, nowhere does it say in the Constitution: “Thou must always allow immigrants into the country- even if they are criminals of the every sort; murders, rapists, and violators of the law”.

The thing is- they’re criminals the moment they step onto American soil. If they don’t care about being ‘illegal’, why would they care to follow the law? Illegal immigrants are already criminals- thus they are encouraged to commit further crime.
